Exchange Policy

All prettyFIT products are handcrafted with the finest materials and high-calibre craftsmanship. Our highly experienced production team takes great effort in the quality finishes for our products and the best fit for our customers.

It is therefore important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections, kindly contact our customer care officer at customercare@prettyfit.com.sg and we will be glad to assist you accordingly.

 

1. Conditions of Exchange

 The product must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on their outsoles
  • Original receipts must be included
  • The product needs to be purchased originally from Singapore

If the above conditions are not met, we are unable to process the exchange.

 

2. Validity for Exchange

All exchanges need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singapore orders, and 20 days for international orders. 

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable

 

3. Exchange at our Retail Stores

Please provide the original receipt or invoice together with the product(s) in its original condition and packaging for the exchange. Once your exchange is validated by our retail associates, you may exchange for any items of similar or higher value. Should the exchanged item(s) be of higher value, the difference in amount will be borne by the customer in cash. There will strictly be no refund for an exchange of a lower value item(s).

 

4. Exchange for Online and International Orders

You may bring your shoes purchased online to any of our physical stores at Wisma Atria, Westgate, CityLink Mall and Century Square to exchange or arrange for a refund. Please note that refunds are not applicable for sale items. Kindly contact our customer care team at customercare@prettyfit.com.sg to assist you if you have further queries. We will reply to you within 2 working days.   

Please note that all exchanges will be subjected to stock availability.

 

5. Other Terms & Conditions

All product(s) purchased from prettyFIT can be exchanged once.

prettyFIT reserves all rights and full discretion to disqualify any exchange if the item(s) for exchange are of the same item(s) as the original order.

Exchange is not entitled to item(s) damaged from wear and tear, wrong fit, improper use and inappropriate storage.
