Exchanges & Returns

All prettyFIT products are handcrafted with the finest materials and high-calibre craftsmanship. Our highly experienced production team takes great effort in the quality finishes for our products and the best fit for our customers.

It is therefore important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections, kindly contact our customer care officer at hello@prettyfit.com.sg within 30 days of the invoice date to make a return/exchange.

Conditions required for Exchanges/Returns

The product(s) must be:

  1. Unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in their original condition & packaging.
  2. Footwear should have no scuff marks on their outsoles.
  3. Original receipts/invoices must be included.
  4. Only items purchased from our Official stores are eligible for an exchange. 
  5. All exchanges have to be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. 

 
Sale item(s) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

*For exchanges/returns, you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred. It is important that your parcel is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

All product(s) purchased from prettyFIT can only be exchanged once.
prettyFIT reserves all rights and full discretion to disqualify any exchange if the item(s) for exchange did not meet the above conditions.

What happens if I have returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We will drop you an email once we have processed your parcel.

For your parcel to be returned to you, there will be a redelivery fee.
If you are unsure of an item's eligibility to be returned, you may check our Exchanges/Returns conditions stated above.

Exchanges

How do I exchange an item?

Via Courier: 

  1. Ensure that your item(s) meets our Exchanges/Returns conditions. 
  2. Contact us via hello@prettyfit.com.sg with the subject title: Exchange Request – Your Order Number  
  3. Include in your email, the item, colour and size that you would like to exchange to.
  4. We will send you a return address and other relevant information.
  5. Wrap your item(s), prepare your package. 
  6. Deliver your package - Make sure to get a receipt & code number to track your parcel online. 
  7. We will drop you a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed and your replacement item is on its way.

Exchange in-store:

Exchanges are available at the following stores only -
1. Century Square #01-32
2. CityLink Mall #B1-44
3. Wisma Atria #B1-30

Bring along your invoice as well as the item(s) you wish to return to the selected stores to process your exchange.

Please note that all exchanges will be subjected to stock availability. You may wish to contact us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg or give our stores a call to check on stock availability before heading down for the exchange.

Should the exchanged item(s) be of higher value, the difference in amount will be borne by the customer. There will strictly be no refund for an exchange of lower value item(s).

Returns

How do I return an item?

Via Courier:

  1. Ensure that your item(s) meets our Exchanges/Returns conditions. 
  2. Contact us via hello@prettyfit.com.sg with the subject title: Return Request – Your Order Number  
  3. We will send you a return address and other relevant information.
  4. Wrap your item(s), prepare your package. 
  5. Deliver your package - Make sure to get a receipt & code number to track your parcel online. 
  6. We will drop you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Bring along your invoice as well as the item(s) you wish to return to the selected stores to process your refund.

How long will my refund take to process? 

Do allow us 2 working days to process your return request. Once we receive your return item(s), it will be thoroughly inspected against our Exchanges/Returns Conditions. 
Thereafter, we will be sending you a confirmation email of your return & refund. 

The time taken for a refund to be transferred to your bank account will vary depending on the type of debit/credit cards used.
