EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. We would be most happy to provide exchanges for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts must be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from Singapore

Should none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any  exchange.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable. 


1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGE

All exchanges would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singapore orders, and 20 days for overseas orders. 

 

2. EXCHANGE AT OUR RETAIL STORES

You are required to provide the original receipt or invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging for the exchange. Once your exchange is validated by our retail associates, you are entitled to exchange for any items of similar or high of value. Should the exchanged item(s) is of higher value, you are required to top up the difference in cash. There will strictly be no refund given for exchange of a lower value item(s).

 

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All item(s) purchased from prettyFIT can only be exchange once.

prettyFIT reserve all rights and full discretion to disqualify any exchange if the item(s) for exchange are of the same item(s) as the previous order. Exchange is not entitled to item(s) damaged from wear and tear.

These exchanges are at all time governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.

All decisions made by prettyFIT is final.
