Exchange & Refund Policy

If you wish to request an exchange or refund, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@prettyfit.com.sg within 30 days from the date stated on your invoice.

All approved refunds will be provided in the form of a prettyFIT Gift Card equivalent to the amount that is being refunded. The prettyFIT Gift Card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Cash refunds will not be awarded under any circumstances. Please refer to our FAQ’s for more information on our gift cards.

 

Requirements for Exchange or Refund

To ensure a smooth exchange or refund process, please take note of the following conditions :

1. The product must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in their original condition & packaging.

2. Footwear should have no scuff marks on their outsoles.

3. Original receipts/invoices must be included.

4. Only items purchased from our retail stores and at www.prettyfit.com.sg are eligible for an exchange or refund

5. Any exchanges or refunds have to be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. 

6. For in-store purchases, all exchanges and refunds must be done at the store of purchase.

prettyFIT reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund request that does not meet the above criteria.

How do I exchange an item?


Exchange Via Courier: 

1. Ensure that your item meets our Exchange or Refund conditions. 

2. Get in touch with us at our Contact Us page using the option Exchange or Refund.

3. Include in your message - the item, colour and size that you would like to exchange to.

4. We will send you a return address and other relevant information, for you to send the item to.

5. Pack your return item securely in a sturdy carton box to prevent damage during transit. To ensure eligibility for an exchange, we recommend using the original prettyFIT packaging whenever possible.

6. Ship your package using a trackable delivery service and be sure to obtain a receipt along with the tracking number for online monitoring. 

7. We will drop you a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed and your replacement item is on its way.

Note: Shipping costs for both the original returned item and the replacement item will be borne by the customer. prettyFIT will not be liable for any loss of returned parcels sent by the customer.

 

In-Store Exchange (Singapore Only)

In-store exchange must be done at the same store where the purchase was made. Please bring the item and the original receipt to one of the following stores :

·        CityLink Mall #B1-44

·        JEM #01-37

·        Junction 8 #01-01

·        PLQ #01-24

·        Wisma Atria #B1-30

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We recommend contacting us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg or calling the store in advance to check on the stock availability.

If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer will need to top up the difference. No refund will be issued for any exchange of a lower value.
