For purchases below S$60, a minimum shipping cost of S$5 will be charged for your order.
For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, the delivery charges will be automatically calculated based on your given shipping address before payment (taxes/duties not included).

1. Spare crystal beads (where applicable) for your easy replacement in case you lose some crystal beads due to wear and tear.
2. One pair of spare heel caps (where applicable) for your easy replacement as the heel caps may wear out after some time.
Our further support includes:
1. Providing extra crystal beads and/or rhinestone embellishments on the shoes, just in case you need more of them. At the same time, our retail team will be happy to help you replace the crystal beads or rhinestone embellishments on the shoes.
2. Free replacement of newly purchased product with manufacturing flaw or wrong fit.
