1.5 Can I amend and cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your order efficiently and to minimize error. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

1.6 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After an order has been placed, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to confirm that your order has been received. Do note that an order will only be shipped when credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. You may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.


2.1 What are the shipping charges like?

Shipping is FREE for all Singapore deliveries via Standard courier with a minimum purchase of S$60. For purchases below S$60, a minimum shipping cost of S$5 will be charged depending on the weight of your order. For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, the delivery charges will be automatically calculated based on your given shipping address before payment (taxes/duties not included). International orders with purchase of $200 and above, you may enjoy FREE shipping to selected countries as listed. - Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong-China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Macau-China, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan-China, Vietnam

2.2 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 3 - 5 working days from date of order. excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Singapore Time (UTC/GMT +8hours).

2.3 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For local deliveries, the order will be delivered 1 day after order is processed. Customers will receive the delivery info via email once order is processed. For international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

2.4 How can I track my delivery?

For all local deliveries, you may check your delivery status via Roadbull with the tracking number sent to your email. For international deliveries, the tracking link for your order will be sent to your email.

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Kindly ensure the correct shipping address has been provided before making payment.

2.6 There is a missing/ incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@prettyfit.com.sg and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

2.7 I've received a defective item, what should i do?

prettyFIT takes great pride in our products in quality and excellent value. All our products are handcrafted with care; should you detect any manufacturing flaw in a new product, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@prettyfit.com.sg with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

2.8 I've purchased the wrong size. What can I do?

We would be glad to help you get the correct fit! Please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@prettyfit.com.sg and we will get back to you within 2 working days. You may also refer to our Exchange Policy and its procedures.

2.9 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

For local orders, you may check the status of your parcel here or contact Roadbull. Alternatively, you may drop an email to our Customer Care Team at customercare@prettyfit.com.sg if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

2.10 Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.


3.1 Are taxes & duties calculated in order for overseas deliveries?

No, they are not. Overseas customers will be responsible for the taxes and duties imposed on your purchases. Our logistics provider will contact you upon the parcel arrival and inform you of the payment if necessary.


4.1 How can I become a prettyFIT VIP member?

To join us as a member, all you need to do is to purchase S$200 or above worth of prettyFIT products in a single receipt.

4.2 What are the benefits of becoming a VIP?

VIP members get to enjoy a 10% discount on all regular priced products when you shop online at www.prettyFIT.com.sg or at our retail stores in Singapore. During your birthday month, you will get to enjoy a one-time 20% discount on regular-priced product purchases. At the same time, if you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will be informed of the latest trends and new arrivals, promotions, special offers and online exclusives. 4.3 I am a current prettyFIT in-store VIP member. Can I enjoy the privileges online?

Yes, you can. Once you are registered as a VIP member in our store, you will receive an email with your online login details which consist of your ID (email) and password. With this account, you may enjoy your membership privileges when you purchase online.

4.4 Can I enjoy the membership privileges immediately online after becoming a VIP at your retail store?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to enjoy the VIP privileges immediately online as you will need to activate your online account as described in 4.3 above.

4.5 Am I able to enjoy the 10% discount immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a VIP member?

Our membership privileges are only applicable for the next purchase.

5.2 Is there an expiry date to the gift vouchers?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5.3 Can I extend the expiry date of the vouchers?

We are unable to extend the expiry dates of our vouchers once they are issued.


6.1 Some crystals has fallen off my shoes. Do you provide shoes repair service?

Our shoes come with complimentary 1. spare crystal beads (where applicable) for your easy replacement in case you lose some crystal beads due to wear and tear. 2. One pair of spare heel caps (where applicable) for your easy replacement as the heel caps may wear out after some time. Our further support includes: 1. providing extra crystal beads and/or rhinestone embellishments on the shoes, just in case you need more of them. At the same time, our retail team will be happy to help you replace the crystal beads or rhinestone embellishments on the shoes. 2. free replacement of newly purchased product with manufacturing flaw or wrong fit. You may also refer to our Exchange Policy and its procedures. We seek your understanding that damage sustained by the product due to wear and tear, wrong fit, improper usage or inappropriate storage will not be accepted for replacement or repair.
